This training will cover:
  • Child Development and Learning: Develop an understanding of young childrens interest in and capacity for communication during the first three years of life.Examine effective strategies and practices for extending childrens communication within teacherchild interactions.Identify and interpret the communicative intent of dual and multilingual learners.Apply responsive strategies that support and build upon the communication of dual and multilingual learners in meaningful ways.
