The Ways2Equity training series is designed to facilitate the overhaul of deeply embedded inequities in our current educational system. This training series aim to potentially change the dynamic of systemic oppression, thereby advancing the promise of public education.

This is an In-depth training for Teaching Staff, Mentors and Professional Growth Advisors, Administration/Leadership Staff, Family Child Care Providers, Family, Friend, and Neighbor Care Providers, Resource & Referral Staff, Home Visitors.
Prior knowledge or experience needed:
  • Work Experience:Participants should have some experience working with children.
This training will cover:
