This is an Overview/Introductory training for Teaching Staff, Family Child Care Providers, Prospective Providers or Students, Family, Friend, and Neighbor Care Providers, Coaches.

This training will cover:
- Culture, Diversity, and Equity: Participants will learn: -Concepts of "Mirror, Windows, and Glass Sliding Doors." -How to create an inclusive library in their program -Explore culturally diverse attributes of children and families. -Learn why diverse stories matter to promote family engagement.
