Research shows that it is not only children who benefit from meaningful partnerships between parents and teachers/caregivers, adults benefit too. Particularly during the pandemic when anxiety and worry are more common, building and nurturing collaborative partnerships between the adults who care for young children is crucial. Topics include the four characteristics of meaningful partnerships, how to talk with parents about difficult issues and communication as a two-way street.
