COVID-19 has impacted small businesses around the nation. Child care providers, in particular, have struggled with keeping their programs open while complying with strict state and county guidelines to help contain the spread of the Coronavirus. During this session, staff from Public Counsel will help you understand the state and county COVID-19 rules you must comply with as a child care provider, issues related to limiting your liability if someone contracts COVID-19 while at your facility, and how to encourage families to comply with your COVID-19 related policies.
