• Improve and support the capacity and professional skills of staff to provide culturally and developmentally appropriate environments for children
• Support and improve the skills of parents to reduce risk factors for abuse or neglect and maximize optimal child development
• Contribute to community-building at the site and in the neighborhood to build resiliency, empower families and maintain safe learning environments.
