Are you ready to respond to a violent incident in your program? Being ready does not have to be scary. This 3-hour training is developed specifically for those caring for children. The course is grounded in real-world evidence and features hands-on experiences to insure that participants are familiar with proven tactics and strategies for responding to an active shooter incident. This course is designed in a way that builds confidence and leaves participants saying "I'm not scared, I am prepared".
