This is an Overview/Introductory training for Family Child Care Providers.
Prior knowledge or experience needed:
- None
This training will cover:
- Child Development and Learning: Participants will learn to: -Focus on developmentally appropriate sorting and classifying and its connection to number sense and problem solving -Become familiar with various strategies to engage DLLs ages birth to 5 years of age.
Early learning standards/foundations:
- Toddler Care (19 - 36 Months)
- Preschool (3 - 5 Years)
- Transitional Kindergarten (4 - 5 Years)
