Two seven hour training sessions will emphasize the three common threads that run throughout the Curriculum:
1. The SF Protective Factors Framework-understand and communicate the importance of how to use the Framework as we go about our everyday work
2. The importance of culture- how culture impacts families as they seek to build protective factors and how our own culture shapes how we individually feel, act and think
3. The critical role parent’s play in SF-Viewing parents as a valuable partner in every phase of the work we do.
